A family, in Virginia, needs to hire a full-time Executive Housekeeper/Cook to assist with the upkeep of their 4,000 square foot home. The ideal candidate will be experienced in maintaining and cleaning high end homes and have a keen eye for detail. This candidate will also be an excellent cook and comfortable preparing meals for dinner parties up to 8 people. The family lives on a farm about an hour outside of Washington, DC. Additional responsibilities include: meticulous housekeeping, laundry and ironing, occasional care of two dogs, and scheduling and overseeing vendors. They are comfortable with live-out candidates, but are also happy providing separate live-in accommodations (1 bedroom apartment on the property) if that is preferred. Salary range $45-60/hr.
